In 2019, I was diagnosed with CNS Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. At the time, I was working a stressful career as a financial advisor, with a wife and two young sons depending on me.
 Overnight, everything changed — brain surgeries, chemotherapy, and profound mind and body challenges.

In the middle of that chaos, I discovered reflexology — and found a path to healing I never expected.

I started this practice for people like the former me: those fighting quiet battles, feeling overwhelmed, and searching for relief that feels human.
